Creating Light
Each piece starts as simple sheets of glass that I cut, layer, and arrange on a deep black base. I add shimmering dichroic accents, then carefully fire everything in the kiln, guiding heat and time so the glass softens, fuses, and finds its own rhythm. Years of self taught experimenting let me coax out those shifting colors that feel like desert twilight captured in solid form.
